For orders shipped to Canada, all duties, taxes, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. These amounts will be calculated and displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to pay any applicable duties, taxes, and shipping fees as indicated. Please note that applicable taxes may vary depending on your order total and local regulations.
When will my order be shipped?
During the busy Black Friday period, processing times may be longer than usual. Typically, orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
If you place your order by 1 PM EST Monday through Friday, it will be processed on the same day. Once the carrier accepts and scans your package, you'll receive an email with updated tracking information, including an estimated time of arrival for your package.
Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request and cancel the order if necessary. Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations will no longer be possible.
